With a total construction area of nearly 1 million ㎡, Mayland Lakeside Garden is a “modern South Asia” leisure community built by Mayland Group in collaboration with domestic and international landscape experts.

 

This project has the 70m wide span rarely seen in Guangzhou and 6m first floor overhead, providing the best ventilation and lighting effect for each cluster. With the first floor overhead design, the landscape and water vein of Yangtao Park can be introduced into the environment to join the vegetation within the clusters in improving the “climate” in the neighborhood.
